I can't view cams in chat rooms on my new mobile phone.

Whike he buffering ring is going I can see a froze image of the cam, when buffering stops it then says no cam available.

I'm using a Samsung galaxy phone, Google is the search engine I use via virgin Internet.

Any suggestions to get cams working would be greatly appreciated.

It seems it could be that Chrome and edge had updates they may be causing it so see if firefox works instead
