Huge delay uploading

Hello people. Is anyone else having huge delays in uploading video? I'm doing it from my Samsung Note 20 as always but the last week I have had long delays or even cancellation. Not sure if it is site related or Android issue.

I usually shrink the video first by reducing the detail and clipping it to one minute... I've found that uploading the originals can fail due to connection dropping during the upload.

Learnt that trick a few months ago. Still having issues here. I'm on try number 6 this morning.
