Can I add my girlfriend to my profile and make it a couples profile?

You can't.

You need to delete and start a new couples one

Hiya op dunno why your girlfriend doesn't create a couple's account.many users have single and couples account

Two options 1) contact Admin and ask to change the profile to Couple or 2) create a joint profile

Just add to your profile how you’re a couple and meeting as a couple then ask for admin to review it
