Unable to leave verification

We met a couple earlier this week for a social. They have verified us and when we returned the verification it's not appearing either on our side (manage verification you've given page) or their side. Any ideas ?

Here are some possible reasons.

Also do they fall within your message filters, ie are they in your age range etc.

I'm having this problem too, we aren't on the same internet connection and I have taken down all my filters but still not going through.

Any ideas what it might be?
