EE problem upgrade via text

Is anyone else having trouble becoming a site supporter via the text option?

I've never had trouble before but now getting error code 0 when I try to upgrade.

Plusnet mobile use EE and Plusnet won’t allow you to send any texts to so-called short numbers, these are usually five numbers, like 79100 or 88291 so it doesn’t matter if these are free or not . I’ll just have to do it another way
