Has anyone else had problems renewing membership by text?

I recently followed the instructions for this but instead of receiving a code and my phone account being charged £5 I received an unsolicited sex message and was charged £1. I tried again in case I had dome something wrong, but the same thing happened.

I never heard anyone having this issue before.

I've been paying this way for 3 years with no problems.

I'm not being rude but are you sure you used the correct text number.

Admin say they have sent you a mail advising what may be happening, it won't be the site sending you a spam sex message

So Juliette was bang on. I had texted to 79000 rather than 79100. Stupid mistake!

Weirdly when I reported the problem to admin Im sure I said that I had texted to 79000 and they didn't pick up on that

Anyway ....all sorted now and faith in the system restored

I renewed my membership by text and clicked on silver site supporter instead of gold supporter how can I change this?

I done this about an hour ago.
