3 mobile network access problems

I know this has already been discussed at length a while ago but this is a new problem.

Before I start the phone is an Samsung Omnia Windows 7.5 phone.

3 have been contacted and have removed the adult restriction.

There is no other browsers available that use alternative proxy server, and all other external browser based proxys have been black listed by 3.

L can load other porn sites but when she tries to access fab the page is blank with the message at the top saying that she does not have permission to access this website.

Before the adult restriction was lifted she got 3's own 'alternative' porn hub, and 3 maintain that there is no adult restrictions.

Any ideas before she changes network? or changes phone?

Does the error message come before the log in or after she logs in? Also does she get an error code/number? XxX MT

When I first got my Iphone just over a year ago, for the first 3 maybe 4 months I had the issues with Fab being blocked. I just sent them snotty comments and they sorted it eventually and have had no problems since Christmas. Tell her to give 3 what for; I told them in one of my emails to them that once my contract was ended, I would be going back to Orange, that soon got them sorting it! Only problem is that you have to speak to someone who hardly speaks or understands English

As to the browser issues, I think there have been some posts about using alternate browsers so do a search on the forums for that.

Sounds like it's time to give 3 the finger. Keep read post after post about problems with other on 3 network and on fab having problems. Maybe time to move networks.

We are on orange and have had lots of different phone over the years never had a problem going on any adult site be it porn or fab.

The problem is the message saying she does not have permission to access this website, that implies its a log in issue, not a 3 issue.

Im with 3, have been for eons, had no problem logging in, admittedly i switched to "mini opera" which requires no adult restrictions removed. However the OP cant choose another browser..

The thing with 3 is that you get unlimited data.

Clear the cache on your mobile browser and that should help.

It's been a while but she's still having issues with connecting to this site. The strange thing is that this is the only site she cannot access

Someone needs to create a rolling proxy for this site that changes daily, as Three seems to have a massive problem with this site.

Same here

With Three, they do give you the option to browse sites such as this, and you have to ring them to get the restriction removed!

I've never had any problems!

We found 3 customer service to be awful. Now with Orange and Vodafone. All contact so far has been miles better, as has the actual service.

Im on 3 and havnt lifted the restriction. I use opera mini web browser its free and works fine hope this helps x

Had same problem today spoke to 3 who are normally useless and they cleared it immediately ,strange telling someone in India you need to get on a swinger site for messages

Then it is not 3 that is causing the problem, if you can access other porn sites, gambling or any other over 18 page then 3 have removed the restriction.

I would suggest that the OP try the sim in phone other than a Windows phone to verify the problem is either with 3 or not

The problem would then fall to the site

Windows 7 Phones do not allow third party browsers but thanks for all the messages suggesting opera. As for the access restriction, it is now possible to use the site via the mobile Address, so that's good enough

I'm on 3 and get this occasionally...it removes when u turn phone off then back on...never blocks for more than a few minutes....
