I have a friend who joined a few months ago but can’t post in the forum…is there another step that he needs to do?

He can create a post or reply to a thread, but when he tries to post it, the screen goes back to the ‘post a new thread’ page and the reply or post never appear. Any thoughts? I can get more specifics on the wording or even screen shots if that would help.

Thanks x

He would need to ask Admin from the contact link to lift the block

That page says that they “can’t respond personally to queries” so thought it was for non urgent feedback. Is that the right thing to do then?

They are the only ones who can help so yes, it is the right link to use. If the block is to be lifted they will let the user know, it won't take a few days though as suggested
