Mobile chat room videos won't come on to view?

Hi, when I go onto mobile chat and click on a video to view, it trys to open then crashes, this happens to all of them. For Note, all video viewing on profiles work perfectly.

Try using a different internet browser

We are also having this issue. Seems to be the same on a couple of browsers and only started at the end of last week
