Hi

I cannot receive an site supporters code via sms

I get "unable to send message"

On a dim only deal with Smarty and my account there is set to premium numbers allowed

Any ideas?

Have you got enough credit? Although the upgrade is £5 you need more than that in your balance. Usually the message will say something about insufficient credit if that is the problem.

I am having the same problem

I have sent the SWING code to 79100 and received a text back to say I don't have enough credit

I am on a monthly payment so that is impossible

I have also checked with 02 and there is nothing amiss with my account

It would be nice if Admin could investigate these errors

I'd suggest check see if you don't have adult restrictions because at times this can set itself on/off turn device off remove battery wait few minutes then put battery in or check
