Friends profile gone awry

Hi,

One of my good friends has had weird problems with her profile.

She could not send or receive mails, nor upload photos.

She tried deleting and creating a new profile. When creating a new profile, it insists on photo verification which she has submitted but doesn't get approved.

Any pointers or insights would be helpful.

The photo verification might not be correct, check its been done within the site rules

It sounds like the first profile has been disabled. If the second has had a correct pic uploaded for a PV then she would need to ask Admin for help from the contact link. She can do it when offline and they will still get the contact
