Hi, a couple has asked us to unblock them but our block list is empty, we are not blocked by them either.

What can we do to be able to communicate with them?

Is it more an issue with filter settings perhaps? For example age range?

If there are no blocks on either block list it must be filters set at either end.

Just for info it's against forum rules to ask someone who's blocked you to unblock via the forum.

One or both of you could contact admin from the CONTACT button to ask if they can unblock you
