Deleting messages

Can someone help, please? When you're deleting messages , is there a way of deleting just one message thread, or do you have to delete everything? I like some of the threads. When you see someone deleting a thread you have with them, you wonder are they blanking or ghosting you. I know that sometimes is the case but a woman I have chatted to said she just does a clear out sometimes. Thanks.

Many people have a clear out or try to maintain an empty inbox, it helps to stay on top of things.

Just because someone else manages their inbox in a different way to you, it does not mean they are not interested. Try not to read to much into it.
