Can’t verify a new member

Morning all, can anyone help me as to why I can’t verify a new member, I know him well, lots of meets from a previous profile of his, he’s just rejoined but for some reason he isn’t receiving my veris from either my couples account or single account, he’s a site supporter and rejoined yesterday….thanks guys

If he was on your WiFi then yes, that's the problem

He could always delete profile and rejoin on his WiFi/data then you can verify but not on your WiFi to be on safe side
