Can’t search for usernames

Hey

I’ve been chatting to two people offline on kik. Found through different platforms.

My problem is, I can’t find them on the username search, yet I’m certain I’m not blockeded, as they can both find me and access my profile.

Even their winks do not appear on my profile.

Any ideas?
