Changing profile bio

Been trying to change my bio. Everytime I delete tge old one and type in new one. I get a message saying I cant use a certain word . I have never used the word or swore in my bio. Have contacted admin and wsiting for reply. Anyone else with similar issues. TIA

In the context you are writing it , it will no doubt be innocent but it will be a word or phrase that isn't allowed.
