Video taken down

We are super careful to stay within the photos/video rules as don’t want to be banned. Posted a video of a recent MFF where the extra F was totally hooded. The video was up for a couple of days and then taken down; citing “if there are others in the video, you need to make sure they’re not identifiable so their faces must be blanked out”.

The only two faces in the video are the two of us who have been photo verified, and also we have many other pics of our faces to compare to.

The other F was wearing full hood with only a mouth hole.

How can we prevent this from happening again please? Perhaps just a mistake and it’s safe to post the video again?

Seems odd to me.

I've seen your videos and they are all great and she was obviously not identified so I can't see what the problem was.

Thank you. Obviously accidents happen and perhaps they didn’t understand who was who in the video. Just want to make sure there isn’t a rule about mouths being shown in case people are identified by their dental records or something haha (just kidding mods)

Two of our photos were taken down at same time, but understand the reasons for those if you are obeying the rules to the letter
