Apparently this is based on my location and preferences. Problem is that I get updates from people who aren't looking for me (based on age/gender) and I get loads of updates from Harlow and none from Colchester (guess which is closer).

Could something be done about this?

Likewise.

It would also be useful if we could choose what updates are pushed on our feed. E.g.: no new member updates/X has joined

We all know how easy it is to rejoin, if we block someone, so seeing them just rejoining kinda adds insult to injury?
