Delete verifcations

Any advice how I delete a verification I left for someone. They've turned into a nasty sod .

Does blocking them really work? I've just blocked someone but I can't tell if the veri that I left in error has disappeared as I obviously can't see the profile now

Blocking someone will remove the actual verification, although it doesn't change the count of how many verifications someone has received.
