No messages showing

Hello, I'm getting email notifications about new messages but when I log in to the website I don't see any. Anyone have this issue or know how to resolve it? I've messaged the admin for advice but thought I'd check here thanks in advance for any help ~

Try reverting back to the old mail box or trying clearing you cache
