A thank you for our support, as a thank you for our support Admin could show couples how they value their support by allowing us to use the chat rooms and access all the site facilities we pay more. As a nurse I work too hard to pay for half a service. Admin should show some respect for the hard work nurses do to keep people including Admin and their loved ones safe.

Everyone has to stay within the rules to be able t use the site or certain sections of the site whether a site supporter or not

To the OP, Admin say they answered you three days ago, however , no, they don't always answer contacts depending on what it is as explained here.
