My single profile as been changed and now states a couples one??? Wt?? How do i change it back..checked all.my details and it still.says single so why foes my profile say couple?????

Yes but its been like that for ages and my oh says same but his asnt been changed and isnt that my right to change my profile...plenty more people have single profiles and couples ones...do think its rather presumptious of em to change it without even a message....

If your a couple you will have more chance of meeting people when you have the right profile type.

A. People searching for a couples profile will now see you in their searches and local updates

B. When you mail people with a singles profile saying your a couple, some will be sceptical of how genuine you are.

C. It pisses many people off when they find a single female profile, mail it only to find its a couple.

As stated on my single profile i have a couples profile...as do many other single men and women...and i only mail friends with my single profile.....and shouldnt it be up to me to change my profile???

Yes sdmin will have changed it because as you state in ur profile you are not single.... You don't play as a single.... You state it in ur profile.....

As I said, having the right profile type helps the message filters etc to work.

Say you had a block on single males contacting you and a couple profile mailed you but said he was a single male... Would that piss you off a little? Or would you think that's ok?

We have two couples profiles... Even though we have been known to meet alone before. We mainly meet as a couple so feel it's right to have that profile type. We have two profiles as we use chat together.

Even if your profile is a couple or one of a pink fairy, the name is the same, the avatar is the same so people still know it's you.

Get away with it hahahhaa jeeez lighten up...i was merely pointing out a Fact...and i was worried i had been hacked as my oh profile is fine ....i krpt my single profile as its verified and for friends....and like said many times this morning a message stating my profile had been changed from.admin would have been all i needed and not panicked...and i suppose some of us canny be perfect

Ah.. Another one who posts a forum thread.. Gets a different response to what they wanted and then makes out you weren't bothered about it in the first place.

You clearly are bothered as you wouldn't be ranting in the first post and actually had to posts about it asking the same question.
