Just a random question if there are 250 people on our looked at me list for a day then when it refreshes it drops to pay 247.. does that mean that 3 people have blocked us?

Think that's what they mean but chrome has a separate setting and fab has theirs which a site supporter is able to use

No it means u use the filter to hide urself from appearing on people's looked at me page.. its under privacy
