Wife's single profile can't post a meet?

My wife's single profile can't post a meet or in the forums? She is verified by meets and has been on the site for months. Any idea what is going on?

Her profile is Crazychick2021

You need to contact admin, via contact at bottom of home page,sometimes it's a glitch.
