I’m trying to verify someone and it’s saying it’s working but nothing shows up for him. I understand it’s maybe cos we were accessing the site using the same internet connection. I’ve now gone away and am on another connection but having the same issue. Am I now banned from verifying him or is there something I can do?

He knows where to look so it’s not a UX issue or owt.

I was able to verify someone else so I’m deffo doing it right and not fully blocked from doing so.

Sometimes if the other profile is outside your filters/looking for the verification wont save. I tend to add them as a friend, after I've met them and prior to verifying. I always use my own WiFi or data as well.

I don't know what happens after you try to verify another profile from the same connection though.

A friend of mine tried to verify me while he was at mine and it wouldn't go through. It worked fine when he tried it later from his home connection.

We had the similar issue once, a lady was trying to veri us but it wouldn’t go through, she tried an hour lady and it worked just fine! Hope you get it sorted

Just got 2 new verifications and I've selected display on profile. However I can't see them on my page?
