Click report on the senders profile and if possible copy and paste the message they sent you.

You can report them via the message they sent you, Admin can view the messages and will deal with them appropriately

They sent the message and immediately blocked me so I can access their profile.

Thanks guys, I worked it out in the end. There is no way of doing it when the message is open, the only choices there are block, reply, save or delete but even though I can't access their profile, I still have the option to report.

When you have the message open. Along the line, where it says "reply to message" "block" "save message"....

Right over on the right is a triangle and "report"

You can do it from there

Yup, definitely reportable via the report link when viewing a PM, the link located at the bottom right hand corner next to a little triangle as already mentioned above.

Admin will either warn the user(s) or suspend them from the site/chat/forums depending on what they have done or what proof there is.

There has to be credible proof of something though, no good saying 'he text me abuse'…

Here is an explanation from Admin from another thread on how they deal with reports.

******Just a quick note. If people report others and we can verify that they have broken site rules, we always take action (either a first and final warning, partially suspended account, fully suspended, mixture of the above).

Every single report sent via the REPORT link is reviewed. Clearly it's not in our interests to have people on here who are bad for the site. Equally we need to verify what has been reported and be fair to those who have been reported.

PS. we never provide feedback on what has happened. It's just not practical given that we get 100s of reports a day.

Here is what the page says after a report has been submitted:

Your feedback has been saved.

A website admin will shortly review your feedback and take the necessary action. After reviewing the evidence available to us, we may disable an account, remove a user, disable certain aspects of that user's account or issue a warning.

By leaving feedback you help improve the site for everyone who uses it. Thank you.******
