Blocked single males but still get messages

Hi all/admins

I recently took looking for males off my profile as I was fed up of the messages I clearly stated on my profile I did not want from men, yet I am still receiving messages from single males I have never spoken to is there something I'm missing to stop single males messages??

You might not have set the message filters to block all messages from the categories of user you wish to avoid.

Just checked my profile and I'm not looking for single males so I shouldn't be getting messages my profile says ...

Looking For

Couples (MF) Women aged 28 to 63 only. Won't meet smokers.

No mention of SM x

Have you been into message filters and filtered men out?

If so and you are getting messages from single men it's probably because they messaged before you set the filter.

If not that's what you need to do

This.

You have to go to "message filters" on your profile page and deselect single males.

In all fairness to single blokes though, they are not the only ones who don't read profiles. Couples are just as bad.

Hence why my profile is worded the way it is due to opening messages asking for facepics, phone number or to meet now.

Mostly long standing, well verified profiles with the odd newbie thrown in for good measure.

In fact some don't even take the time to check my location and ask to meet despite being in a different country.
