False verification

I'm straight, and get guys messaging me all the time. I'm guessing one of them that I said no to has decided to take "revenge". They have left a false verification on my account.

Now, as it says I have also been verified by a man, I won't get a reply from half of the couples on the site. So I have had to hide my verification summary, which I don't like to do because I prefer to be 100% honest on my profile.

How do I remove this from my account? I don't know which user it is from and don't know how to find out. It doesn't have a text/review verification, just the standard one.

Please report the profile as leaving a false veri is against site rules. You can report via any message they left you.

I don't have a message they sent. I have no idea who left the false verification. I didn't even know I had it until someone pointed it out to me today.

I deleted all messaged from single guys, so I don't have any message to report from.

Can one of the admins delete the verification for me? I don't understand why I can't delete it myself, this makes it far too easy for people to leave false malicious veris like this.

If you go into manage verifications on your account screen it will show all your veris and who verified you. Just report it through that

Unless they have left the site that is. I had this issue about 3 years ago when a man claiming to be at a social I attended verified me and a number of others. He was never there and no-one knew who he was. To make matters worse he verified me as a lovely lady. I reported it a couple of times and it was eventually removed.

But it's not a full veri, with text. It just says "verified by man", so I guess he's left the site or been deleted?

How do I report the verification if I don't know which profile it came from, and there's no way to report the individual verification?

Which admins/mid do I speak to?

This is crazy, verifications should have to be approved by the profile holder first.

You should still be able to report to admin and get it removed from your summery. If it's not resolved leave it a few days and then report again

There is no option to do that from summary?

It just shows the summary, I can't click on individual veris or report any.

Only the ones that have full text veris, which this one does not.

Which admin can I directly report it to?

You can't, you would need to report it through the profile of the person either from a mail or the profile itself. If the person has left then Admin can't verify if it was a fake veri so won't be able to do anything

Damn. So basically fake verifications are very easy to do. Awesome.

It's easily verifiable that it's fake... I'm straight and the verification is from a man. Unless the admins feel they have the right to dispute my sexuality...

Lets not make accusations because the site doesn't work how you want it to

It wasn't an accusation. It was a statement of how I saw the situation.

It not just that it doesn't work the 'way I want it to'. There are plenty of issues with how the site works that loads of people have.

But if it's this easy to get away with fake verifications, then not only is it a detriment to people who actually come here for the scene (not just for a shag).. but it's also dangerous. The point in verifications is to know that someone is genuine. This makes it harder.

It was a wild "statement" It isn't dangerous to get a verification you don't want, it is however against rules to give false verifications, once a report is verified then it will be dealt with by Admin if the person is still on the site.

What date did you get the false verification?

I meant that it's dangerous to be able to leave false verifications so easily.

Also, once again, I can't report it as the profile is no longer on the site. It's just in the verification summary, but alot of couples are put off my men with veris from other men, so it is an issue. I've hidden my veri summary for now.

The verification was left last week. As I'm not a site supporter at the minute, I didn't get a notification of it. I only noticed when someone pointed it out to me today.

Admin say your verification from last week is still active on the site, if you report the profile Admin will take a look.
