My first thought is that neither of you are verified by anyone else that is also verified.

I had a problem verifying a couple last week, it wouldnt post to them.

Another couple reported to me they couldnt verify me, it wasnt saving to my account.

I figured it must be a site glitch?? I tried again a few days later and it went through
