When I click on someone’s cam in a chatroom, their cam comes on then in about 2 or 3 seconds fades away. They used to stay on. Suggestions?

Oh, and this is when using my phone. It’s fine on the laptop.

I'm getting the same problem. Have recently changed phones and cannot view cams. As I am having the same problems. Can anyone suggest a fix

Same here my cam used to work..now i go on cam and then just goes black and carnt hear anybody now either..how can i sort..im also using my fone .

Samsung , but had Samsung before. Its askin for a verification code everytime we try and login as well ??

Which phone model?

Which web browsers have you tried to test it out on? A different browser, eg Opera, Brave etc, may or may not have the issue.

Did the web browser that you were using it OK with, get an update? Did your phone get updated?

I have tried about 6 different browsers ut it has made no difference at all. Looks as if you own a Samsung you may as well quit this site.
