Pics dont appear on New Public Photos

When I add a new photo it doesnt appear on the New Public Photo pages. It's not to do with being new, been like it for months on different accounts.

Anyone any clues please?

When yoi post a pic for approval, if it takes 10 mins to approve, it is listed in the public pics at the time of posting not time of approval, If you get what i mean. So scroll down the photos until you get to "posted 10 mins ago".

Maybe a file formatting problem if doing it from a pc Anything after that, im stumped.
