Is there a glitch with photo verification as my friend cannot seem to get past this stage. He’s a returner and it’s not happened before.

Hopefully he has written the site name and username on it? If he has then it could be just a be patient until it is approved...if it is taking more than a few hours then he can contact Admin from the contact link to ask them to look into it. Tell him to log off before sending the contact

When I rejoined fab a few months ago, I noticed that it did take a while for the photo to be approved.

Just have to be patient

I have a new couples profile and it is blocked waiting on photo verification. We uploaded the necessary photo with all guidelines met over 12 hours ago and still no response. Contacted admin but getting automated responses. Any ideas?
