Verification not being accepted

Hi Admin,

I tried to verify a friend of mine who's just joined the site, but the veri isnt displaying. I have waited 12hrs, haven't used the same internet connection, etc - all the stuff to avoid fake veris. But it's still not showing.

Just wondering if there is a delay at the moment?

Is it showing in the summary? It wont show on their profile until they publish it xx

Are they within your age range that could stop it going through too
