cams & room keep freezing

Hi, hope somebody can help, about once a month our computer plays up, some of the cams wont dock, some wont open and then the chat freezes. usually we uninstall adobe player and re-install the older version but that is not working this time.

Any suggestions ?????

yeah change ya anti viris ... if every thing else works in a month
