Unable to upload photos

I'm unable to upload any photos.

When I press the select photo button I'm taken to my phone's photo gallery - however, once I select a photo I'm returned to the upload page which says no photo selected.

This happens regardless of the format of photo.

Can anyone please help?

Im having same problem i deleted all my pics due to them being used off site by my ex boyfriend now I ant upload any back on

Any mods able to assist please
