We had a meet.

We have been able to verify them, which they have displayed without issue.

We are verified, they are verified.

Issue:

They say they have sent a verification twice and nothing is appearing on our profile - any ideas?

Do they fall outside of your filters?

For example, is it someone who would ordinarily be unable to message you, but may be able to do so if you contacted them first?

For instance, you will be unable to receive verifications from single men at present

I had the same issue, when I spoke to fab they told me it could be to do with your ip or your internet connection

Thanks but can't be IP as we don't live together and he did it at his house hence no shared IP

Thanks will try but have been verified outside my settings list due to parties I attend and I know couple who block men but message ones they want & have no issue with verification. Will try it though.

This seems to elude to the fact that you are well known to one another, therefore you may have logged in on the same IP at some point, albeit many moons ago?

We are having the same issue

Verified person has left a verification for us but it isn’t showing.

Was by cam so can’t be a ip issue

no idea how to solve this

Issue resolved, 1 of them who said they had left a veri retried after we opened messages from men.

Not sure why set up like this as does make it unnecessarily difficult and we are peppered now with single men in our inbox rather than just the select few we message first.

But hey guess it’s sorted just need clear the inbox
