Photo verification not working

I have been trying to set up an account for little, We have tried three times to get photo verfied and use the site, but nothing happens.

We have waited up two hours before staring again?

Any ideas?

When I came back to the site I found that it seemed to take a long time to complete the photo verification process.

You have to remember that the Admin who deal with these things are volunteers and give their time freely.

You just have to be more patient

I set up a new profile last week and I have been chatting to people then on sunday I got a message to say I need to be photo-verified but it's not allowing me to carry on chatting or even message the admin for help. My new profile doesn't even come up in searches.

I know admin are volunteers but was wondering how long this may take.

I'm having the same problem. I have a couples profile with my partner but we like the idea of me meeting men as a single as well. Tried 3 times today to set a profile, waiting a couple of hours each time and nothing. Understand it's moderated by volunteers but have never experienced this long a wait before.

If they haven't got back in a reasonable amount of time it means something in the photo isn't right, like both hands showing etc, or fuzzy etc. Re do and heed the rules
