Hi need some help I created a couples profile on the same phone as my singles profile I can find the new profile through name search but I can't access the new profile to verify it or to add pics or respond to looks or messages does anyone know what I need to do thanks in anticipation

It sounds like you need to log out of the profile you are signed in with and then log in to the profile you want to access.
