Hi! A little question.

Is it against fabs T&C to ask for "entry" fee to cover hotel for MEET? (not organised event - just a regular meet)

I'd like to post a hotel MEET with a little fee to cover the hotel but, not sure if I would break any rules?

If you are calling it a ‘fee’ it suggests you are charging!

However, talking to potential meets and asking them to split the room cost with you is perfectly normal..

Guess it depends on the reasons you are looking to meet eh!

Asking for money is against site rules.

Asking potential meets to split the cost if a room, however, I believe is considered acceptable.

As above discussing splitting the cost of a hotel room with potential meets is fine. Advertising a meet with a few is not.
