Why can't we get mobile cam to work on Samsung S20

This is really frustrating. We can view cams but not publish our cam from our Samsung S20 phones. I guess it is somewhere in the set-up of the phone.

Please help.

Try browser settings, all sites, search fab and clear and reset permissions.
