Sounds like you provider doesn't allow texts to premium numbers.

Definitely check with network provider or your internet settings on mobile and check the safety thing isnt on

I had to change my settings to allow it with my provider.

Can usually be done in your account section online.

I have the same issue. Text says not delivered, using an iPhone on three. No spend limits, adult filter off and blocks on premium rates are off

I sorted mine, I had set a limit of £10 over my £10 tariff but 3 had decided to also make that a £10

Credit limit so as my bill hadn’t yet gone out, the bill amount was using the credit limit. Got them to change it and it worked ok.
