Just checked my phone bill to see its taken 2 different payments for £5 on the same date. Can anyone tell me why?

This sounds out of fab hands maybe you sent the text twice ?

If you did then there should be a new code in your text messages. If not then it looks like you will need to take it up with your mobile phone provider. It's not an issue with fab. I've done this before paying by text
