I have a couples account on here that has been both photo verified and also paying for site supporter too.

It has been on the site for approximately 4 weeks now and yet it cannot be used to post on the forum which is the main reason the account was made.

It has been reported to admin numerous times but we have not had a reply about it nor has a solution to this problem come about.

Can admin shed any light as to why we are unable to post please or does anyone have any suggestions/reasons why we can't post on the forum.

Both single accounts are over a year so they shouldn't be a problem unless anyone knows otherwise.

I've known single people with just the one account have the same issue and ended up deleting and starting over from scratch and it then works fine.

Its like there is no rhyme or reason for it and some kind of bug with the site.

It isn't a bug. It depends on what you are using the profile for on the forum as to whether the profile gets unblocked after contacting Admin

Admin are the only ones who can help though, if they are going to lift the block they will mail you and let you know
