Cannot log on

Hi, a friend on here has messaged to say he cannot log on. He has tried to change his password and reset etc but it’s not working. He asked me to contact an admin to help him out.

Inside of there is a phone number he can call or anything?

Ask him to start a new profile and get in touch with Admin from the contact link and they will help him to get back in
