Ive text the word swing to 79100 as per usual but not had a response back which usually takes a minute or so but been waiting almost a hour this time but no reply. Any help regarding this issue?.

Ditto, same happened last time and 3 days later got a reply with code. Is there a problem with the site ? Very frustrating as now only basic profile.

I tried upgrading 3 times and received no code back via text but have been charged for the 3 times I tried by my network provider?

Not helpful. The link just states if you have not received a pin then you won't be charged and suggests using the phone option. Not true. Last time it took 3 days for a pin to come through and I was charged so the problem appears to be with your system. Clearly from the comments others are having the same issues. What's going on?
