Hi all,

I posted yesterday about my friend 'jadebaybee' not being able to do anything with her account, she can log in and browse but not message or upgrade or anything like that. Anyway a forum mod said she has to contact a site admin and closed the post. She has been messaging admin every fay for 5 days now with no response or change in her profile. She hasnt recieved any notification or messages as to why or even if her profile is blocked. She was photo and cam verified so unsure as to what is happening.

Could somebody please help, she is understandably frustrated by this all now after putting so much work into the profile and making friends etc.

The advice given on your previous thread was correct, Admin are the only ones who can help.

But if she has contacted them and nothing has changed then she will need to accept that Admin are upholding their decision.
