Swearing, allowed or not?

Just wondering what the rules on the forum are regarding swearing?

I've had a couple of posts deleted recently, most recently a few minutes ago. I was replying to something that was completely nuts and simply put:

"Fucking hell

But I have seen other posts where people talking about fucking other people, so it's definitely not a swear filter, any clarification from the mods would be greatly appreciated

You can use swear word as long as they aren't aimed at someone.

You can call your vagina a cunt, but calling someone else one...... nope

You can say fuck and fucking, you can't tell someone to fuck off.

It depends on the context of the comment.

So in the context above i.e. saying "Fucking Hell" why was it deleted?

If I'd said "Blimey!" or "Bloody Nora" would it have been allowed?
