Can't change age

For some reason my DOB year is 1969 on system but should be 1974. I tried to amend but get a reply to say I am not allowed to change it.

no your not its because you could change to suit anyone's age range

Everyone is allowed to change their date of birth once, so I'm guessing somewhere along the line you already changed it.
