Not getting a verification

My partner and I have separate accounts and the other night had a 3sum with a girl, he got her verification and I have not, she has tried twice but it has not shown up, and I have never logged on at her place so know that is not the problem, what is going on.

if you have not shared an internet connection router or computer etc..

then message admin direct with the details of the other profile.

Could be, or could be if you have filtered by age and they're outside your range.

Try removing and ask them to verify again

In the past we have had verifications not show up, until we removed ALL filters etc..

even though they passed them..

Go figure.

You can't verify anyone, because you are not verified yourself.

As for adding friends, you need to invite people following the link on their profile, and they either accept it, or don't, or if they are like me, don't look at them, and then delete every so often.
