Message filters

I generally keep my message filters quite tight, including having it set that only people who have public pics can message, yet I'm continuing to get lots of messages from profiles with no public pictures.

Have I missed something in the process of setting filters or is there a way people can get past them?

Easily done, and all too often in my opinion. They set a picture to public, message you, then set it back to private again..

This, and also the filter sees “friends only” pics as public and lets them through as well.
